Better Call Saul season four filming began in January this year. Creator and writer Peter Gould confirmed the news on Twitter. Taking to Twitter, he posted a photo of the Better Call Saul clapperboard along with the caption: “We are..... rolling!!! #BetterCallSaul #Season4 #ABQ.” The tweet was posted back in January, suggesting that there’s going to be a wait for the fourth outing of the AMC drama. It's expected that season four will also comprise of 10 episodes like the previous runs. US broadcaster AMC hasn’t yet confirmed an air date yet and neither has Netflix, which will be screening season four in the UK. There was a nine-month gap between the end of season one and the release of the second run, while there was a year-long wait for the third run. Season three wrapped up in June 2017 but with filming only three months in, it looks like the earliest the four cycle will be dropping is in autumn 2018.
